WOD 16/10/13

Right now I am struggling with workout times. I feel a bit stucked with my weights, not so much time to set new goals and a bit afraid to become weaker. I feel I should focus more on some specific skills, work on my lifts and and and. From time to time I feel the wods are to easy, that is why I still feel strong. The good thing is that our box has started weightlifting classes, I ll def will join them to improve my technique. I also have to do bootcamp and crossfit as double class. I think it will help me not to lose my cardio skills and strengths… My left shoulder annoys me again and hurts 😦
