Double WOD 5/12/13

Quite exhausting, first WOD I used 30 lbs slamball, 25 lbs right arm, 20lbs left arm, I know,not that heavy but I did full snatch position. For the plank first round ring plank plus 15lbs, 2nd round 10lbs

Rowing was bad, too exhausted already
Kiping Pulll Ups 10 and 15
