We did backsquats today and a 5 RFT wod. I was kinda slow but I did the cleans using 96 lbs – 95 was the RX weight. So I am happy I did it and finished it, even slower but I tried to mantain a good form, technique…
Good workout today… For the pull ups I did 4 strict per round, three in the last round and then used the red band. I tried to come from the dead hang position…., quite tricky. I was watching my friend donig his pull ups, so good… My goal should be doing 5-6 in a row from a dead hang position..
I stayed with the girls RX weight for the KB swings (16kg not 20kg) because I did not want to mess up the clean&jerks. The weight for it was pretty easy but I was not sure about the four rounds. For the ring dips I did strict ones using the red band… I have to work on them!!!!
