Bootcamp and weightlifting…

I decided just to stick with bootcamp today because both classes were more cardio and and running. I worked on strict press, clean and jerk instead

1 rep max strict press: 81 lbs
60%x5
70%x5
75%x5
80%x5 (90 lbs;85lbs)
clean and afterwards the same for jerk
