Sunday WOD and Weightlifting 30/3/14

After 14.5 I my muscles were sore. I felt it in the morning on my way starbucks getting a coffee and felt it during CrossFit class as well. In the afternoon I enjoyed a 90 minute Chinese massage which was painful. My shoulder s were so tight I didn’t recognize before. I am happy the open wods are done… 🙂
