I decided to do the regular wod to have sth different, not always working on my weaknesses and seeing my failures… It felt good! Afterwards I worked on mzy Hang Snatch. I had a 87 lbs PR, was definetly not easy. I did 3 85 lbs hang snatch afterwards. I m not sure if I wont fail during the regionals with this weight… Have to work on it the next days
