I started with Hang Snatch. I did 87 lbs again but also missed some. I did 3 x 85 lbs. I still think about using 85 for event one… Haha, sounds so cute in comparing what other girls will lift but I am afraid to miss it. My plan for event 1
65lbs,
75lbs
80 or 85 lbs

Afterwards worked on hang clean, 115 lbs was too heavy- I just got one rep. 😦
