Sunday Super Trainingsday 14/6/15

After my parents left I went to the box to do some stuff…
1) clean and jerk
2×5 50/55/60% of aiming goal
2) snatch
2×5 50/55/60% of aiming goal
3) deadlift 15-10
I finished with 85 kg
4) press 15-10, last sets not unbroken (20kg-32,5kg)
5) front squats 2 reps up to 90% (74kg)
