5 high snatch balance
5 power snatch

Weightlifting
Snatch Complex 1-2-3 (1×1)
1 muscle snatch + 2 power snatch (catch high) + 3 power snatch (catch deep)

1 muscle snatch + 2 power snatch (high) + 3 power snatch (deep)
*increase weight as needed

Metcon (Time)
for time:
30-25-20-15-10-5
push ups
run 400m in between every round
