The end of a cycle means deload week and playing a bit around. I came late today because of a long meeting. The wod was fun, my partner did not do RX but she really tried hard and showed great effort! 🙂

Warm-up 3x
200m run,10 squats, 5 push ups, 5 ring rows

Power Snatch
5 snatch deadlift
5 snatch high pull
5 muscle snatch
5 snatch grip press behind neck
5 high snatch balance
5 power snatch

emom 10 3 power snatch
*increase weight as needed

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps), in teams of 2, one works one round, one rests

5 squat jumps on box
10 t2b

no rest
amrap 9
5 push ups
10 ring rows
