1 burpee pull up
1 front squat
2 burpees pull ups
2 front squats

10:00-20:00
1 air squat
1 push up
2 air squats
2 push ups

20:00-30:00
1 box jump
1 deadlift
2 box jumps
2 deadlifts

This couldhave been awesome but my partner was a bit too slow for me, even he tried hard… 😉 So I had way to much rest time in between. I did the fsq with 40kg and the deadlift with 75kg and high box jumps
