It was a fun one but also a very long one, we did it as a team of three, two worked at the same time, while one rests… I did the rx weights, so the snatches were the most painful. I could do all muscle ups unbroken. 🙂

Afterwards I did not do anything else, just enjoying my Saturday… 🙂
