I was sore today…, oh my legs… 😉 I think it was the front squats and pistols fault from yesterday.

Today was double Fran as wod, I was like “NO”. I decided to do the snatch part and went up to 50kg. It made me feel a bit better after an exhausting day at work. But I did not feel ready for double Fran, also my hands are still a little bit of a mess from last weeks pull up t2b complex… After the class I did 10×5 strict pull ups and the weightlifting class, we worked over head, one of my big weaknesses…
