Monday 5/12/16

I went to the box to do some upper body work and try some stuff I can do with my sprained ligament and my cold.:( I started doing 100 strict pull ups. It took me 16:48 and one tea. Afterwards I did a not timed wod:
1000m row
100 ghd sit ups
1000 m row

The rowing hurt a bit, I tried to use my left foot less than my right. I did some strict muscle ups, tried to do back squats only with the barbell and finished up with a tabata 8 rounds in total, Lsit and wall sit. M foot hurt after the training, so I was happy to finish and went home…
