I will just share my you tube link to prove – I did it… I still have to work on stringing my bar muscle ups together in workouts but I admit I do enjoy more working on my other gymnastic skills and focusing on weightlifting… :O

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells

I taught the CF kids and had about 50 min before the class started. I did my 5 rep max strict press before the class because I wanted to do a wod and it would have cost me strengths.

5 max strict press 42kg, perhaps 1-2 kg more would be possible – NEW PR

30-20-10 (35kg)
power clean
hang squat clean
thruster
push press
oh walking lunges

It took me a little more than 30 min…, I tried to work consistently but I did not as hurt as I would do during a class wod. It it har to push myself when you have nobody next to you… On the other hand sometimes it is also good to stick with your paste… 😉

During th class I did 5×2 strict mu and some KB/DB push press

WOD amrap 10 (16kh), no messure
10 push ups on KBs
15 KB double goblet squat
20 KB double deadlift

WORKOUT 16.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb. (30kg)

“Yeah!” 20 minutes + “Yeah!” never done overhead walking lunges…

As I said I did it right on Friday and it was exhausting, so I won’t do it again. I had real rest day and I did not have a strategy – which was a bit stupid… But I felt so tired afterwards and it was just toooooooooooo long. Everything was fine, just my stupid kipping chest to bars, I still can not do them butterfly, I just learned it and ever third rep is actually a rep… Sometimes I just hurt my two little friends when I touch the bar, so, this was abig advantage- not being able to do C2B butterflies. I also did not pay attention to my walking lunges, sometimes I was right in front the finish line and had to do another baby step to finish them up which costed time and energy… So last but not least, 216 reps, not happy with it, next time I hopefully know better!!!!!!
